The Utah Museum of Contemporary Art is excited to welcome one Digital Marketing Intern for the 2020 Fall Semester!
UMOCA’s rich and vibrant history began nearly 90 years ago, when an ambitious woman named Alta Rawlins Jensen set out to create what The Salt Lake Telegram described as a “Bohemian art center,” and a “Greenwich Village for Salt Lake.”
As the leader of Utah’s contemporary arts scene, UMOCA’s mission is to inspire imagination, stimulate thought, and transform society.
The next Digital Marketing Intern will help achieve this mission by bringing…
- Extensive experience with the Adobe Creative Suite–especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, & Premier,
- HTML and webpage building experience,
- A passion and knack for photography.
Responsibilities will include creating digital images, formatting online/print content, writing social media posts, updating local events listings, and increasing online and in person engagement. The ideal candidate will have a clear vision of what they want to gain from the internship and will take the initiative in creating the most fulfilling experience possible. As with all our visitors, we want curiosity and creativity to be your guide and we look forward to welcoming your unique contributions.
The internship is unpaid and usually requires 8 hours per week. UMOCA will work with students seeking college credit.
