Open Submissions For The Locals Only Gallery

Submissions are now open for the August to November 2013 schedule. The deadline for submissions is August 2, 2013.

The Locals Only Gallery is one manifestation of UMOCAs commitment to the local art community, ensuring that local artists have a presence here at all times.  Local artists will be asked to propose uses for the Locals Only Gallery from site-specific installations to artist-curated shows, with a modest allowance provided by UMOCA to cover the cost of time and materials.

Proposals submitted by Utah artists will be kept on file for one year and will be considered for all rounds during that year.

We thank all applicants for their interest. Every portfolio is archived and reconsidered for each round. Only applicants selected for an exhibition will be contacted. Unsolicited materials will not be returned.
